Ausmin Australia Pty Ltd is looking to employ 2 x full time Sales Agronomist to work with our customers developing sustainable farm management strategies. Ausmin Australia is manufacturer of fertiliser products with offices in Australia, Malaysia and the South Pacific. We are a leader in researching and teaching the dynamics between soil health, soil biology and improving yields. You will be directly involved in:

• Developing new fertiliser programs that provide farmers with the ability to lower operational costs while increasing yields and improving the quality of the food they produce.
  
  
• Developing biological farming programs that minimize negative impacts on the soil ecology.
  
  
• Teaching innovative biological farming practices to some of the major players in the Australian agricultural sector.

The successful applicant would have the following qualifications and/or experience.

• A degree qualification (or similar work experience) in agricultural, horticultural or environmental science or a related field.
  
  
• Be comfortable in developing and maintaining relationships with some of the biggest and smallest agricultural companies in Australia.
  
  
• Be able to influence behaviour with key customer personnel.
  
  
• A passion for improving farming practices while maintaining positive environmental outcomes.
  
  
• The ability to be part of a world leading team, willing to travel to the appropriate agricultural areas in Australia and deliver the outcomes required by our customers and the company.
